Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is anytime before the date and time the Company sends the Goods by postal mail, email or availibility through website.

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive Your order cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Refunds

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The date and time of your request is not later than the date and time in which the Good's were sent to You per electronic time stamp, email smtp time stamp or postal time stamp.

We reserve the right to refuse Refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above Refund conditions in our sole discretion. If you requested Goods via email and are unable to open Goods sent as PDF files, Company reserves the right to offer You additional methods and formats to view Goods to resolve the issue before offering a Refund.
